Payment Terms: The total price for B.Lounge is $11,988 USD, payable in 12 monthly installments of $999 USD each.

12 Month Duration: B.Lounge is a 12-month program designed to provide continuous support and resources throughout the year. By enrolling in B.Lounge, you commit to participating in the full 12-month duration to maximize your experience and results.

Refund Policy: All payments made for B.Lounge are **non-refundable**. By enrolling in B.Lounge, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

Transfer Policy: Enrollment in B.Lounge is **non-transferable**. Access to the program and its inclusions are strictly limited to the individual who enrolled.

Access and Participation: You will receive instant access to the masterclass library and three pillar programs upon successful enrollment. Participation in community support and networking opportunities is encouraged to maximize your experience. Monthly live calls and quarterly hot seat Q&A calls will be scheduled and communicated to all members in advance.The strategic 60-minute call with our Sales & Client Manager must be scheduled within the duration of your membership.

Intellectual Property: All content provided in B.Lounge, including but not limited to masterclasses, programs, and community resources, remains the intellectual property of Becoming Iconic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal development and business growth.

Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared by other members or Becoming Iconic during your participation in B.Lounge must be treated with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to any third party.

Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from B.Lounge without a refund.

Modification of Terms: Becoming Iconic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the member portal.
